Misti was absolutely incredible. I was referred to her by another company and she was amazingly quick at scheduling me and coming out to my home. I had concerns about lead in my house and she was extremely understanding and compassionate. She took all of my worries into consideration and didn’t make me feel silly for them. She was extremely professional and addressed all of my concerns as a mom for my children’s health. She tested different surfaces in my house and there ended up being no traces of lead.
